Last night I went to WW with lauren and am down 5 more LBS! In a week! Then we had healthy meal at applebees. After that they invited us back to their home to watch the debate. I really like what Obama had to say on health care, but liked McCain’s foreign policy. So, still undecided. We had a GREAT time. It was nice to get out with friends!

I am proudly now down 23 Lbs since my surgery. That was 3 weeks and 1 day ago!
