I had a Dr. Appointment this morning so I could sign consent forms for my surgery. It was funny because Dr. Chin was trying to tell me all the things that could go wrong without trying to scare me… Knowing I already didn’t want the surgery, he started talking really fast and I caught. “perforated uterus, uterine scaring, intubation… general anesthesia, and vomiting. Sign here.” I had already researched it to death, which he knew I would, I’m always well informed about any medication I am on, or any treatments he chooses (I pride myself on it).He gave me some prescriptions to fill, to make me not bleed as much, to shrink my uterus, a prophylactic antibiotic, and stuff for having O- blood, all on top of my normal medications.
