Lauren and I went to WW tonight and we had a great time. I learned a lot and I decided to go with the flex plan where you count your points. So I am going to eat south beach foods and count them using weight watchers points. I really like that they weigh you at the start of the meetings. The scale is plugged in to their computers, and they don’t say your weight, but it’s a nice accountability. Going with a friend is VERY motivating too. I wouldn’t feel the same in a room full of strangers as I do when my friend is in it with me. It’s awesome! One more thing to obsess about. LOL!
Weight Watchers
Wait and Weight
So as you all know I have a few months on my hands until we can get back to the infertility merry-go-round of two week intervals. So I knew this would be an EXCELLENT time to focus on loosing some weight. Here is my plan (helped along by my friend Lauren… Thanks dear!) I am going to start off with south beach, which I am doing now. Starting Next week I am going to add in Weight Watchers, meetings and all. Also I am going to add in a couple of hours of exercise per day. I just got off the scale, and since my surgery on 9/11 I am proudly down 20LB (ok the first 10 were probably water weight, blood and tissue, sorry if that’s TMI, but I still feel good about it). I’m going to the WW meetings with my aforementioned friend Lauren. Not to inflate her ego, but she rocks! I’ll blog some more about WW and south beach a little tomorrow.
miscarriage
I passed the rest of the pregnancy tissue on Saturday. There was quite a lot of blood, but I am ok now. We’ll wait a few months for my body to heal and then try again. ![]()
